Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately due to a number of no-shows and abrupt cancellations affecting our business, All Scheduling deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE!! All appointments that are over 15 minutes late will automatically cancel if there is no call in advance. If you decide to cancel due to no fault of Beats By Kimmie & Eri, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE for rescheduling. All credit or debit card transactions will be charged a 3% fee. For wedding parties, large groups or individual appointments, the location of services cannot be changed once the makeup artist has unpacked products. For group or large party, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. All sessions are in private, no visitors or children will be allowed in the room unless they are being serviced.
